Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit of $100–$200 (depending on your selected package) is required to secure your session. • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to a new session date (valid for 6 months). • Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the remaining session balance using the card on file. This includes no-shows. Time is reserved specifically for you — late cancellations result in lost time and income for the team, including makeup, styling, and location bookings. ⸻ Makeup, Wardrobe, & Styling Fees If your session includes professional makeup, hair, wardrobe, or location rentals, those services are booked in advance. • Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of all styling and prep fees, as those artists block out time and turn down other work. • If you’re unhappy with your styling during the shoot, speak up so we can make adjustments on set. ⸻ Location & Travel • Sessions are available at my studio or at your chosen location. • Location fees may apply based on the setting. • A travel fee of $50 per 30 minutes of round-trip travel will be added for any on-location sessions. • Clients are responsible for parking, entry fees, and permits if required at the selected location. ⸻ Image Delivery • Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 10 business days. • Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. • RAW files are never delivered under any circumstances. ⸻ Reshoots & Refunds No reshoots, revisions, or refunds are offered once a session is complete — unless due to technical failure (e.g., data loss). Please communicate clearly before and during the shoot to get the most out of your session.
